Selected education program

Selected module (e.g., dermoscopy, laser)

After submitting your application, provide documents using one of the following methods:

In-person submission at the clinic admin office (Fergana or Kokand)

Passport (original or notarized copy)

Higher medical education diploma

Certificates and credentials (if available)

Online: Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo

Payment at the clinic front desk

Complete the application form on the website

Upload copies of passport, diploma, and photo

Pay using your chosen method

Complete the course and receive your certificate
